Service-Based Policy
As we provide professional organizing services rather than physical products, our return policy differs from traditional retail policies. Once services have been rendered, they cannot be returned in the conventional sense.

- Initial consultations help us understand your needs and expectations
- We work collaboratively with you throughout the organizing process
- Regular check-ins ensure the project meets your requirements
- We address concerns immediately as they arise
Cancellation Policy
Before Service Begins
You may cancel a scheduled appointment with the following conditions:
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance: Full refund of any deposit
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance: 50% cancellation fee applies
- Same-day cancellations or no-shows: Full service fee applies
During Service
If you wish to discontinue services during an appointment, you will be charged for the time spent up to that point, calculated at our hourly rate.
Service Adjustments
If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service:
- Contact us within 7 days of service completion
- Describe the specific concerns or issues
- We will schedule a follow-up visit to address the concerns
- Additional adjustments will be made at no extra charge
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
- Services were not performed as agreed in the service contract
- Significant deviation from the agreed scope of work
- Services were not completed due to our inability to fulfill the contract
Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of service completion.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Consultation fees
- Organizing products purchased on your behalf
- Services completed to your satisfaction
- Changes in personal preference after service completion

- We will work with you to find a mutually acceptable solution
